  • Understand Flipkart products, services, and offers thoroughly
  • Contact customers regarding abandoned carts and purchase assistance
  • Promote products and convert leads into successful sales
  • Work independently as well as with sales and support teams
  • Use CRM tools and call management systems efficiently
  • Follow ethical sales practices and company guidelines strictly
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records
