Laguna Tools is seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Web Developer to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performance websites, optimizing user experience, and integrating marketing and business systems to drive customer engagement and growth.

You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our company website while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins
  • Optimize website performance, speed, responsiveness, and SEO rankings
  • Integrate HubSpot with WordPress for lead generation, forms, and marketing automation
  • Manage data integrations between HubSpot and Oracle NetSuite systems
  • Build and maintain WooCommerce functionality for wholesale and direct customers
  • Ensure website security and implement best practices for data protection
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
  • Strong experience with WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, optimization)
  • Experience with HubSpot integration and marketing automation workflows
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite integrations and data management
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, C#, Ruby, etc.)
  • WooCommerce development and e-commerce experience
  • Strong UX/UI understanding and ability to improve website usability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Monday.com project management tools
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated with ownership mindset
