Job Description

We are seeking an experienced WordPress → HubSpot migration specialist to transition our existing blog into HubSpot CMS while preserving SEO performance, link integrity, and overall site authority.

This is a strategic migration — not just content copying. We need someone who understands technical SEO, URL structures, and content architecture.

🎯 Project Scope

1️⃣ Blog Migration

  • Migrate all blog posts from WordPress to HubSpot
  • Preserve:
    • URL structures (or implement proper 301 redirects)
    • Meta titles & descriptions
    • Header structure (H1, H2, etc.)
    • Internal linking
    • Image alt tags
    • Categories & tags
  • Ensure zero (or minimal) SEO ranking disruption

2️⃣ SEO & Technical Setup

  • Maintain domain authority and search equity
  • Configure 301 redirects where necessary
  • Implement canonical tags correctly
  • Ensure sitemap configuration
  • Set up Google Search Console & Analytics tracking
  • Validate crawlability and indexing post-migration

3️⃣ Template & Branding Implementation

  • Design and implement a new HubSpot blog template
  • Align layout with updated brand guidelines
  • Optimize for:
    • Mobile responsiveness
    • Page speed
    • Conversion elements (CTAs, forms, banners)
  • Future-proof design for content scalability
