🚨 Current Problems

1️⃣ Form Submissions Not Delivering

Leads are not reaching our email inbox properly.

Possible causes may include:

  • SMTP configuration issues
  • Hosting/email server problems
  • Form plugin conflicts
  • Spam filtering or DNS issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

We need full diagnosis and resolution — not a temporary workaround.

2️⃣ Ads Keep Getting Rejected

Our ads (Google / Meta) are being rejected, and we believe the issue is related to:

  • Website compliance
  • Policy violations
  • Technical setup
  • Missing legal pages
  • Landing page structure
  • Tracking / pixel issues

We need someone who understands ad policy compliance and can identify the exact cause.

🎯 What We Need You To Do

✔ Diagnose and permanently fix form/email delivery
✔ Set up proper SMTP configuration (if needed)
✔ Check DNS/email authentication records
✔ Audit the website for Google & Meta ad policy compliance
✔ Fix structural or technical issues causing ad rejections
✔ Test everything end-to-end (form → email delivery → ad approval)

🛠 Required Experience

  • Strong WordPress troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with popular form plugins (WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, etc.)
  • SMTP setup & email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads landing page compliance knowledge
  • Understanding of tracking pixels & conversion setup

Bonus:

  • Experience resolving “Circumventing systems” or “Misrepresentation” ad errors
  • Hosting/server-level debugging experience
