Project Overview

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to improve our website’s performance, speed, and user experience. The goal is to achieve higher scores on tools like GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights while ensuring smooth functionality across desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current website performance and identify bottlenecks
  • Optimize website speed, including images, scripts, and server response
  • Improve mobile responsiveness and page load times
  • Implement best practices for caching, lazy loading, and code minification
  • Provide actionable recommendations for long-term performance maintenance
  • Deliver measurable improvements in GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed scores

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in website performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end optimization techniques
  • Ability to troubleshoot slow-loading pages, render-blocking scripts, and large assets
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded websites is a plus
