About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Tasks:
• Develop and enhance the brand’s main website;
• Create landing pages;
• Build and maintain Web-focused design systems;
• Design banners and other digital marketing materials;
• Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events;
• Create interactive prototypes;
• Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions;
• Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets.

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• Willingness to complete a test task;
• A portfolio is mandatory;
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer;
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;
• Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow;
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;
• English at Intermediate level is a plus;
• Russian is a mandatory;
• Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.).
