Location: Remote / Work-from-Anywhere
Availability: Flexible; ideally 10 AM – 4 PM CST for ongoing support
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Web Developer who can turn designs into clean, responsive websites. You will work with our web team to build sites using Elementor or ReactJS, ensuring they’re easy to maintain and update. You will also handle website hosting, domain transfers, and redirects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma designs into fully functional websites. Example: Figma Design
  • Build websites using Elementor or ReactJS for ease of ongoing edits by the web team.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and visually accurate.
  • Manage hosting, domain setup, and redirects as required.
  • Provide ongoing support and be available roughly 10 AM – 4 PM CST for adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve functionality and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Elementor (WordPress) or ReactJS.
  • Knowledge of hosting environments, domain management, and DNS/redirects.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to follow Figma designs accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Availability during CST working hours for ongoing support.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SEO optimization and website performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience supporting small teams with monthly website updates.
