As we expand our presence on Walmart Marketplace, we’re looking for a skilled Walmart Seller Center / Walmart Marketplace Specialist to join our team and drive growth on this key platform.
Role Overview – (Must speak English)
As a Walmart Marketplace Specialist, you will own day-to-day management of our Walmart Seller Center account, ensure strong account health and compliance, and help grow sales through best-in-class listing, inventory, and advertising execution. Your experience with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and Seller-Fulfilled operations will be critical to scaling Collinets’ visibility and performance on Walmart.
This role will also support forecast accuracy, coordinate platform requirements with supply chain, assist with product research, manage and optimize listings, and drive key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, profitability, and customer experience). You must be an excellent communicator, proactive, a self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Summary
This role is responsible for delivering revenue and performance targets for Collinets on Walmart Marketplace (and other third-party channels as needed), translating product and brand priorities into winning Walmart execution plans.
Responsibilities
• Research and recommend products to list on Walmart Marketplace (competitive analysis, pricing, demand, and margin).
• Maintain and optimize the Walmart Seller Center account (settings, compliance, performance notifications, policy adherence).
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot product listings (attributes, variants, images, keywords, content quality, category mapping).
• Manage inventory, replenishment signals, and in-stock performance for WFS and seller-fulfilled items.
• Coordinate shipping templates, return policies, and order performance to meet Walmart’s standards.
• Launch and manage Walmart Connect advertising (Sponsored Products and other available ad types), including bid strategy, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Monitor and improve core KPIs such as buy box win rate (where applicable), conversion rate, ROAS, item performance, cancellations, late shipment rate, and returns.
• Regularly analyze dashboards and performance data to identify issues and opportunities, then execute improvements.
• Support creation of enhanced content and brand assets when applicable (images, basic creative, content updates).
Requirements
• 3–4 years of e-commerce experience (Walmart Marketplace/Seller Center experience strongly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Walmart Seller Center tools, processes, and policies.
• Hands-on experience with Walmart Connect advertising and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) and seller-fulfilled operations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions and report results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.
• Canva / Photoshop experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
