Visual Designer, L&D

Job Description

Produce and manage visual design needs across mediums including, but not limited to: digital learning experiences, job aids, eLearning modules, video content, eBooks, print collateral, PowerPoint training presentations and microsites.Work with Instructional Designers and Product Owners to conceptualize design visionDevelop elegant, highly innovative digital assets and UI/UX interfaces, including work cross-functionally to obtain contentEnsure alignment with design standards and style guides throughout all phases of development and production, using solid understanding of typography, photography, graphic design and Internal branding.Collaborate and provide concise feedback and direction to other members of the design teamUnderstand the end-users needs to make informed design decisions.
