We’re looking for an experienced Data Science leader to drive innovation within Financial Crimes Compliance, developing advanced machine learning and AI solutions for AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment.

📍 Locations: Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Develop, test, and optimize financial crime detection models and rules
• Apply advanced statistical techniques, ML, and GenAI (XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.)
• Analyze complex datasets and present insights to executive stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to improve compliance and risk mitigation strategies

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field
• 7–10 years of data science or analytics experience
• Strong Python, SQL, and database knowledge (Oracle/Snowflake)
• Experience in AML, sanctions, or financial crimes technology is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
