This is a senior leadership role responsible for putting data at the center of product and business decisions across a large advertising marketplace.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead product analytics, experimentation, and performance diagnostics
- Analyze auctions, conversions, user funnels, advertiser ROI, and marketplace dynamics
- Build causal inference and A/B testing frameworks
- Identify hidden risks and growth opportunities
- Influence product roadmap and monetization strategy
- Present insights to executives and leadership teams
- Manage and mentor analytics/data science teams

- Advanced SQL and large-scale data analysis
- Experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality, causal inference)
