🔹 Role Overview
As Group Director, you will lead centralized Decision Science, AI, Data Engineering, and BI teams, shaping strategy while staying close to execution. This role partners directly with executive leadership to scale data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Define and execute the data science and AI roadmap for eCommerce
• Lead development and deployment of advanced ML and GenAI models at scale
• Oversee data engineering, BI, and analytics functions across teams
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable data solutions
• Drive experimentation, optimization, and ROI-focused initiatives
• Mentor and grow high-performing technical teams
• Influence enterprise-level data strategy and decision-making

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Extensive leadership experience in Data Science, AI, or Analytics
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data ecosystems
• Strong programming background (Python, SQL, Java, etc.)
• Experience deploying large-scale models and data platforms in production
• Proven ability to partner with executives and business stakeholders
• Track record of building and leading high-impact technical teams

💰 Compensation
• Sunnyvale, CA: $254,000 – $481,000 + bonus + stock
• Bentonville, AR: $195,000 – $370,000 + bonus + stock
