🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists
• Develop models to identify assortment gaps and strengthen competitive positioning
• Design causal inference frameworks to understand business performance drivers
• Build scalable, data-driven systems integrated into business workflows
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with strategy
• Leverage Python, R, SQL, and modern data engineering pipelines
• Explore Generative AI applications to enhance predictive modeling and decision-making

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering business-impacting solutions
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience designing scalable data systems and pipelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline
• Experience with GenAI and advanced machine learning techniques
• Background in eCommerce, retail, or large-scale business operations

📍 Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
💰 Salary Range: $130,000 – $260,000 + bonus + stock
