Job Title: Recruiter (NON-IT)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier candidates. You will play an essential part in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events.
• Leverage recruiting software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Engineering/ Utility recruitment or a related field is preferred.This includes hiring for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations & Admin roles.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage candidates through innovative approaches.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional connections with a diverse pool of candidates.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, such as Recruiter Flow and Ceipal, is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasive communication.
• Flexibility to work within the US Eastern Time Zone; prior experience with US-based recruiting is advantageous.
