US Process – Night Shift

Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller for our US process to promote Website Design & IT Services.
This is a work-from-home role where you will call potential US clients, explain our services, and fix appointments.
Training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential US customers
• Explain our services: Website Design, Hosting, Branding, Digital Solutions
• Understand customer needs and offer the right service
• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
• Maintain call logs and update CRM/spreadsheets
• Follow scripts and communication guidelines provided
• Achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Required Experience
• Experience in telecalling/IT sales/BPO/web design sales is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

Skills Required
• Good English communication (Basic–Intermediate level acceptable; training provided)
• Confident and polite on calls
• Ability to convince and engage customers
• Basic understanding of sales
• Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection

Shift Timing

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Night Shift)
This shift aligns with US business hours.
