Job Description

Position Summary

Freelance US Healthcare Recruiter overseeing end-to-end recruitment in the US healthcare space with a commission-based payment structure. This is a Part-Time position, work remotely at any time and from anywhere.

Core Competencies Required

· Experience with full recruitment cycles across the healthcare continuum, positions including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, allied health, and physicians.

· Experience in healthcare credentials verification processes, including state license, board certifications, DEA, CAQH, etc.

· Experience working with and knowledge of healthcare-related compliance in multiple states, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS.

· Experience with ATS and recruitment automation.

· Experience in multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare job boards.

Key Performance Indicators

· Min. 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment with placed recruitment data.

· Timelines for each specialty

· Rate of candidate submission-to-placement

· Rate of client retention and repeat business

· Pipeline velocity

· Technical Requirements

· Knowledge of medical services taxonomies, specialties, and credentials hierarchy.

· Experience with recruitment CRM and HRIS.

· Experience with ATS, video interviewing tools, and assessment tools

Deliverables

· Candidate sourcing and pre-qualification of applicants.

· Validation of candidate skills and competencies. Assessment of competencies for relevant job descriptions.
