Job Summary

Flipkart is hiring enthusiastic students for the position of Remote Telesales Caller. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer engagement while allowing candidates to work from home with flexible hours. Candidates will interact with potential customers, promote products, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Promote products and assist customers with purchase decisions
  • Maintain professional communication during calls
  • Update customer details and track leads in the system
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students (any stream) or recent graduates
  • Age 18+
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Responsible attitude for remote work

Required Skills

  • Persuasive communication ability
  • Customer handling skills
  • Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge
  • Self-motivation and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection positively

Experience

  • Freshers can apply
  • Telecalling / sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Training will be provided

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 3–5 hours per day
