Tele sales Executive – Clothing Brand

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative (Telesales – USA Market) with strong experience in handling international customers for US-based clothing brands. The ideal candidate must have telesales + customer service experience and should be able to directly handle US customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for US customers (Sales + Support).
• Promote clothing products, convert inquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with orders, sizing, returns, and product details.
• Manage chats/emails and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the US operations team.
• Maintain daily sales reports and call logs.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service + telesales.
• Must have worked directly with any international clothing/fashion brand.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with US night shift.
• Laptop + stable Wi-Fi required.

Work Mode: WFH
Shift: US Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
