🔧 Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & Leadership

  • Lead the development of modern web applications across multiple platforms.
  • Build scalable and responsive front-end solutions using JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization across projects.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage large-sized teams and technology engagements, including internal and client-facing staff.
  • Mentor and guide developers to follow best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Strategy & Architecture

  • Conceptualize, design, and deploy Enterprise Content Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and product teams to define technical roadmap.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of front-end frameworks and modern web technologies.

Project Management & Communication

  • Apply strong SDLC methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, RUP, or other frameworks.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical challenges and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across multiple teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

🛠 Required Skills & Expertise

  • 15+ years of experience in front-end development and leading technology teams.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, jQuery, AJAX.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale web development projects.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
