Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Front End Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications across multiple platforms. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong team management and stakeholder communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in enterprise environments, leading large development teams, and delivering complex front-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, and backend engineering
  • Provide technical leadership to large teams, including client and consulting stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality coding standards throughout the product delivery lifecycle
  • Communicate complex technical challenges and solutions clearly to business and technical teams
  • Drive front-end strategy, best practices, and innovation across projects
  • Manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguous project requirements
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise-scale solutions, including Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms

  • 15+ years of experience in Front-End Development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • JavaScript
    • Angular
    • React
    • Node.js
    • HTML5, CSS3
    • jQuery, AJAX
  • Experience building modern, responsive web applications across platforms
  • Proven experience leading large development teams and technology engagements
  • Experience conceptualizing, designing, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, RUP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
