About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Take fun and interesting trial classes to help kids enjoy learning and get excited to join.

2. Teach regular online classes after students enroll, helping them become better at speaking and writing.

3. Give helpful and simple feedback to students, so they can keep improving and feel more confident.

4. Manage both trial and regular classes smoothly, making sure every child has a great learning experience.

5. Be friendly and encouraging, making students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.

6. Stay organized and be on time for all classes to maintain a smooth teaching schedule.
