As a Lead Software Developer for this role based in Pune, with over 6 years of experience in Java development, your primary responsibility will be to:
– Lead the design, architecture, and development of system functionality using Java/J2EE, microservices, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
– Guide and mentor a development team; perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
– Build scalable, high-performance applications and ensure their reliability and security.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
– Utilize software engineering tools, version control, test-driven development, and CI/CD methodologies.
– Apply strong database and SQL knowledge with Oracle/MySQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
– Optional: Knowledge of frameworks like jPOS and Angular is a plus.
– Remain current with industry trends and introduce best practices and design patterns as applicable.

Qualifications required for this role include:
– Graduate/Post-graduate (BCS, BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MS) in Computer Science or related field.,
