Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Developer who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. In this role, you will act as a lead developer, responsible for building new software products and enhancing existing systems.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large-scale applications and frameworks, while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code
  • Develop and support applications, database integrations, interfaces, and new feature enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards
  • Support testing and deployment of new products and features
  • Participate actively in code reviews and maintain development standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Odoo development
  • Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
