About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, high-quality web applications. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences through innovative front-end solutions.

The Senior

Front-End Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers, to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, performant, and maintainable user interfaces. Embracing the latest front-end technologies and AI-assisted development tools, the successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital platforms, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation and relevant experience, including:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming, closures, and modern syntax
• Extensive experience with React, including functional components, hooks, and component-driven architecture
• Knowledge of state management patterns such as Context API, Redux Toolkit, or similar tools
• Proficiency in HTML5 and semantic markup for accessible and SEO-friendly web pages
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development
• Strong command of CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design principles, and CSS-in-JS or modular CSS approaches
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and Material UI, including theming and customization
• Ability to consume and integrate RESTful APIs using JSON
• Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows, including Webpack, Vite, npm, or yarn
• Experience utilizing AI-powered development tools, such as Copilot-style assistants and AI-based debugging or testing tools
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

Responsibilities
The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript
• Building reusable, well-structured UI components utilizing React functional components and hooks
• Implementing clean, maintainable styling with CSS, Bootstrap, and Material UI
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance of applications
• Optimizing front-end performance, including rendering efficiency, bundle size, and load times
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to accurately implement visual and interaction designs from tools like Figma
• Integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data effectively
• Enforcing best practices around code quality, testing, and maintainability across all projects
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning
• Staying current with emerging front-end technologies, industry trends, and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and product quality
