Develop and design high-quality, innovative sportswear graphics that align with brand guidelines and current market trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to ensure designs meet business objectives and market demands.

Utilize strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and layout to create visually appealing designs.

Execute designs within specified timelines and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.

Conceptualize and present design ideas and solutions that align with brand vision and target audience.

Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.

Adapt and modify designs based on feedback and direction from team leads and stakeholders.

Maintain organized and accurate design files and records.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and ensure accurate production of designs.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, interns, and other team members as needed.

Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities.
