  • Domain: ISR & Advanced Web Applications
  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Security Requirement: Must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance

This role focuses on designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for mission-critical systems used by analysts and operators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering or UI/UX development
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Full-stack development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate UX requirements into wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes
  • Design and build intuitive web applications using modern front-end technologies
  • Apply human factors and usability principles to optimize workflows
  • Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to refine UI direction
  • Develop and enhance features within an existing MERN-based system
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging web technologies
  • Present technical concepts and solutions during internal and customer reviews
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and development cycles
  • Contribute to architectural and technical decision-making
