Software Engineer – ServiceNow

Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end development of applications within the ServiceNow platform, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate development projects from inception to completion by defining project scope and deliverables. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP protocols. Maintain and enhance core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Service Catalogs, and Service Portals. Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and build ITOM discovery capabilities and competencies. Participate in daily scrum meetings and follow Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Primary worksite is Edison, NJ; relocation is possible
