Sono Bello is seeking a Software Engineer to join our successful and rapidly growing company. This is your opportunity to architect and build high quality web applications on the Microsoft stack. The Software Engineer is responsible for and maintenance of new software and integration of our existing telephony and CRM SaaS applications and tools. Must have experience leveraging the .Net framework, Entity Framework, SQL, RESTful Services, and knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular.

Duties and responsibilities

Full stack development of applications and infrastructure to support our telephony and CRM integration and related reporting
• Own development of comprehensive, scalable, and high performing web applications used by our Patient Ambassadors in our contact centers.
• Integrate SaaS applications using RESTful services with a variety of Azure Cloud services.
• Support our existing production and non-production systems while continuously working to improve them.

Implements, maintains, and monitors operational systems
• Be available to help with critical customer issues that are reported to the Application Support personnel. This includes reproducing and documenting production issues, analyzing logs, or clarifying intended functionality.
• Takes full ownership of software issues through completion or hand-off to another internal technology employee.
• Participates in team meetings, providing input and suggestions on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Technology systems and the overall Technology strategy.

Minimizes technology systems issues through partnership
• Analyzes escalated ticket submissions to determine patterns of issues that indicate a larger issue, proposes, and implements solutions to those issues.
• Analyzes systems monitoring data to suggest systems upgrades and capacity expansion where appropriate.
• Partners with all departments in the business to identify areas of process or systems improvement and

system and process changes to address these opportunities.

Requirements

Experience:
• Must have a proven record of delivering web-based software using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong SQL programming skills
• Experience producing and consuming RESTful services.
• Experience developing with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
• The ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
• Verbal and written communications skills.
• Identifying and resolving software systems and integration issues.

Required qualifications:
• 1-3 Years’ experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• 1-3 Years’ experience with SQL programming.
• 1-3 Years’ experience consuming and creating RESTful web services
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Preferred qualifications:
• Azure Cloud technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure WebApps, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and related IaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Azure DevOps experience creating and maintaining Pipelines in a Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) environment.
• JavaScript and TypeScript.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or a relevant coding boot camp certification and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for education/certification requirements.
