Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define specifications and deliver high-quality features.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our development processes and tools.

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle DB) and advanced SQL queries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) or full-stack development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
