Software Developer/Engineer(Financial Domain)

Job Description

Summary:Applicant MUST HAVE financial industry background with strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Financial Application and Accounting Solutions (Expected to be combination of Technical and Functional skills) Role:Financial Application Administration of Oracle EBS, SQL, PL/SQL and ERP- Must have worked on General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Database management- Should have experience on procedural querying knowledge for reports, stored procedures and triggers, and ETL -data processing- Should have knowledge of Oracle Business Process – Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial statements, Compliance, and Reporting (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)- Substantial exposure in Rest and SOAP for web services and Data conversion & management (Fin. data management) Exp. Responsibilities:- Design, Implement and Integrate Communications Components, Applications and Services etc.,- Collaborate with the Satellite Engineeting teams & other teams such as Networks and Security etc.,- Design components, services, and relevant data models- Liaise with other associates/partners across the organization to gather requirements, design, develop, deploy, and operate critical e-Commerce software for Kuiper (unserved broadband community service).- Work on initiatives building e-Commerce functions on AWS infrastructure and help implement best practices for software development.- Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and dashboards for monitoring health of systems.- Assist engineers and build solutions which are necessary for provisioning and operating an Internet service providers (ISP’s). Minimum QUALIFICATIONS required:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent- Atleast 5 years of full software development life cycle experience in:- coding standards, code reviews, build processes, source control management, testing, and operations- Min. of 3+ years of software development experience (programming Exp. with at least one Software language in-deep)- Min. of 2+ years of design of new and existing or legacy system experience.- Experience of managing SDKs, AWS based service developments, API design, and JSON etc., but not a constraint.- Experience in integrating Financial Application and Accounting solutions -must to have.
