A respected building engineering firm in Indianapolis is seeking a motivated Site Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join its growing infrastructure and data center design team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed site development plan sets, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Perform engineering calculations to support land development and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project success.
• Assist in project coordination, documentation, and technical reporting.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, self-driven approach.
• Interest or experience in data center and infrastructure projects is a plus.
