Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance and extend our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This role involves developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow, with the goal of improving efficiency and supporting ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct an initial working session over Zoom to complete the first assignment.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows in a ServiceNow dev instance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems as needed.
  • Collaborate on ongoing projects, providing solutions that can be executed independently.
  • Participate in long-term projects, potentially through remote access to your environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM.
  • Experience building custom applications, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable providing remote access for independent work on projects.
