WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Own end-to-end implementation of CSM for a newly acquired insurance business;
– Configure case flows, SLA rules, business logic, and escalation paths;
– Rapidly build service portals, intake forms, and knowledge integrations;
– Integrate customer data with backend systems via REST/IntegrationHub;
– Deliver working solutions in agile sprints, from kickoff to final UAT.
MUST HAVES
– 4+ years ServiceNow experience, 2+ years in CSM delivery;
– Mastery of case management, knowledge setup, portals, and Virtual Agent;
– Hands-on scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer;
– Experience working directly with business stakeholders in short delivery cycles;
– Strong English communication skills and a self-starting attitude.
