🔹 Role Overview

City Shift Finance is seeking a Senior Web Developer to maintain and enhance our WordPress site. This role requires a developer with strong front-end fundamentals, hands-on experience with WordPress, and the ability to diagnose and fix complex layout, responsiveness, and performance issues independently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and extend an existing WordPress site
  • Diagnose and fix layout and responsiveness issues across all devices and screen sizes
  • Implement and adjust CSS and front-end logic as required
  • Work effectively with page builders and custom code together
  • Support long-form content pages and structured layouts
  • Ensure site stability, consistency, and performance
  • Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance the site

🔹 Required Experience

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and front-end development skills
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and breakpoints
  • Experience customizing WordPress sites
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex layout issues
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
