Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and product managers to implement and deliver engineering solutions
• Mentor junior developers to promote engineering excellence and best practices
• Participate in all phases of development from design to delivery, taking ownership of projects
• Continuously learn and improve both personally and as part of the team
• Demonstrate strong coding skills through code reviews and Fagan inspections
• Maintain good communication and teamwork across diverse groups

Experience Requirement

• 6 – 9 years of experience in fullstack Python application development
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native micro-services and backend development using Python
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently while mentoring junior team members
• Experience in collaborative environments with architects and product managers
