Responsibilities:
Lead software development projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints.
Develop software solutions that meet the specific needs of the business.
Analyze the current system architecture and develop strategies to improve system performance.
Mentor junior software developers and provide guidance on technical matters.
Monitor and troubleshoot software issues and provide timely solutions.
Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout of software projects.
Research and stay up to date on new software development trends and technologies.
Document software solutions and develop technical documentation for users.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
