The Senior ServiceNow UI/UX Front End Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level portals and intelligent AI-enabled user experiences. Job Description
As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing interactive web interfaces and ServiceNow portal experiences that enhance usability and improve workflow efficiency. You will contribute to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives by integrating modern UI components, AI-driven interactions, and responsive design frameworks into scalable enterprise platforms.
You will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of front-end functionality while maintaining design consistency, accessibility standards, and optimized performance across devices and browsers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal or Employee Center implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive ServiceNow portals and enterprise front-end applications
- Build modern UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate AI-driven features and intelligent workflow interactions within portal experiences
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Ensure accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong experience in front-end development and UI engineering
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Service Portal or Employee Center
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS, or React
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
- Knowledge of REST APIs and front-end integration techniques
- Familiarity with AI-powered interfaces or conversational UI implementations is an advantage
