This role is designed for an experienced front-end developer who can lead teams, define architecture, and build high-performance web interfaces using React.js.

Job Description

The Senior Lead Front-End Developer will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts of scalable web applications and SaaS platforms. You will design, architect, and implement user interfaces that are responsive, fast, and highly interactive.

In addition to hands-on development, this role requires leadership responsibilities such as mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, setting coding standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers.

You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of AppMySite’s platform, ensuring that the interface remains intuitive, accessible, and performance-optimized across all devices and browsers.

This position is ideal for someone who not only excels in React.js development but also has a strong understanding of system design, component architecture, and modern front-end best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable front-end architecture using React.js.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and improve system efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture and component-based development.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques and web security basics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.
