Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer to join our innovative team and work on next-generation AI-powered applications. This role focuses on building scalable, resilient microservices while leveraging AWS Bedrock and advanced conversational AI technologies.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices with hands-on experience in generative AI, LLMs, and cloud AI services. You will collaborate across teams to design, implement, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions that transform business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate and utilize AWS Bedrock to build generative AI solutions, including custom models and AI agents.
• Develop AI-driven automations for business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain intelligent chatbots and voicebots using AWS services (Amazon Lex, Polly, Transcribe) and other AI frameworks.
• Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the AI technical roadmap.
• Stay current with emerging AI and AWS technologies to continuously enhance solutions.

Required Skills

Backend & Microservices

• Strong experience with Java (11+) and Spring Boot
• Expertise in microservices design, development, and deployment
• REST API design and implementation

AI & Cloud Services

• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services including Bedrock, Lex, Polly, Transcribe
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and RAG pipelines
• Ability to design AI-powered automation and intelligent applications

Development Practices

• Unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with cloud-native development on AWS

Collaboration & Architecture

• Ability to contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale AI applications
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud orchestration
• Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks beyond AWS
• Exposure to multi-cloud AI deployments
