Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java/Web Developer to lead a project from inception to completion. This role requires a visionary developer who can define strategy, inspire team members, and ensure successful project execution. In addition to hands-on development, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and guiding the technical direction of the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in Java web development
  • Strong proficiency with:
    • Java, Eclipse, Spring, Hibernate
    • ZK framework
    • Maven for build management
  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, and team leadership
