Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications while providing technical leadership and ongoing system enhancements. This role combines front-end development, back-end engineering, DevOps pipeline management, performance testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern Java-based frameworks such as ExtJS, JAX-RS, Spring Framework, Java EE, and Hibernate ORM.
  • Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces with strong usability and accessibility standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Analyze defects, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements based on stakeholder needs.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Conduct load and performance testing using tools such as Tricentis NeoLoad and optimize application scalability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to resolve deployment issues in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
  • Support containerized deployment optimization and configuration improvements.
  • Research emerging technologies and prototype new tools to enhance development workflows and product quality.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and automation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for legacy applications and guide architectural decisions.
  • Mentor junior developers and assist with onboarding new team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in full-stack web development with Java-centric technologies.
  • Strong expertise in client-side development and UI implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting production applications and supporting enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.

Required Skills

  • ExtJS, Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM
  • JAX-RS and RESTful API development
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX best practices
  • CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Performance testing and optimization (NeoLoad or equivalent)
  • Containerization and Kubernetes environments (AKS preferred)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
  • Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
  • Enterprise application scaling and performance optimization expertise.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration.
  • Experience working with government or large-scale enterprise systems.
