Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience building scalable, production-ready web applications. This is a contract-to-hire hybrid opportunity where you will work across the full technology stack to design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems that deliver seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to take features from concept to deployment while ensuring clean architecture, strong security, performance optimization, and maintainable code standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications
  • Build responsive frontend interfaces using modern frameworks
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and database integrations
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong frontend expertise with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or related technologies
  • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of scalable architecture and system design principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
