Job Description
TechTree is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who can lead the development of highly responsive, scalable, and user-centric web applications. This role goes beyond implementation—you will be responsible for shaping frontend architecture, improving performance, and collaborating closely with product and AI teams.
You will work on modern interfaces that integrate deeply with AI systems, ensuring seamless user experiences while handling complex data interactions. The position offers competitive compensation in the range of $45.00 – $55.00 along with meaningful equity, giving you direct participation in the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of modern frontend applications
- Build scalable and maintainable UI systems using frameworks such as React or similar
- Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and intelligent features
- Optimize application performance, speed, and responsiveness
- Establish and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Participate in product discussions and influence UX decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Experience with state management and component-driven architecture
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web tooling
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
