Job Description

Aptino, Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Front-End Engineering Lead to drive the development of modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend technologies, leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

In this role, you will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders to build scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and maintaining development standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend development projects from planning to deployment
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern interfaces
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
  • Review code and maintain frontend development standards
  • Mentor and support junior developers within the team
  • Work closely with backend teams and product managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Expertise in React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
  • Experience with REST APIs and frontend integration
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Leadership or team management experience is preferred
