Design, develop, and maintain front-end solutions for the Gen AI team using cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences.
Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in front-end development and incorporate them into our solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and propose innovative solutions to improve overall product performance.
Advocate for user privacy and security in all aspects of development.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish efficient workflows and processes for front-end development.
Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and actively participate in decision-making processes.
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and challenges in project development and work towards finding solutions.
