Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead complex analytics initiatives and deliver scalable machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in predictive modeling, data engineering collaboration, and advanced machine learning techniques, along with the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data science projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Develop predictive and machine learning models and integrate them with Business Intelligence platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient data processing and retrieval.
• Collaborate with data engineering and application teams to deploy models at scale in production environments.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in modeling techniques, coding practices, and data handling.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and support decision-making through analytics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies and advanced methodologies in data science and AI.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across data processing pipelines.
• Incorporate ethical considerations into model design, deployment, and data usage.
• Collaborate with external partners, research institutions, and domain experts to enhance datasets and solutions.
• Participate in ideation, prototyping, and innovation initiatives to address new business challenges.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques such as:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including:
  • Supervised learning
  • Unsupervised learning
  • Deep learning architectures
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
