As a Senior Back End Engineer, you’ll build exciting core features and services needed to scale nationwide! By moving quickly and using the latest technology you will deliver the best real-time experiences to our customers. What you’ll do
• Develop and manage our serverless infrastructure
• Develop and manage our Firestore and Cloud Function infrastructure
• Assist with REST API / GraphQL development
• Work closely with all facets of the business
About you
• Have 5+ years of experience writing production code
• Have architected serverless systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability
• Experience with Firestore and Cloud Functions
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Stripe
• Be an expert in Node
• Adhere to and exemplify engineering fundamentals and best practices
Preferred
• Experience architecting a service oriented architecture
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience working with a fast paced team in a startup environment
