They are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of machine learning standards and systems that will drive their product, requiring hands-on ML experience and a fullstack approach.

Responsibilities
• Define our ML/MCP stack and approach

Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on ML experience
• Proven expertise with ML and MLOps tooling
• Prior experience shipping and scaling ML-first applications
• Comfortable owning fullstack work to unblock ML initiatives
• Demonstrated adoption of AI in everyday work and decision-making
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
