• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to product lifecycle management.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions to streamline product development, design, manufacturing, and maintenance processes.
• Customize SAP PLM functionalities to meet specific business needs, including CAD integration, document management, change management, and compliance.
• Lead system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PLM implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users for SAP PLM functionalities and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PLM configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP PLM developments, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT, to ensure alignment of SAP PLM solutions with overall business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product lifecycle management processes and optimize SAP PLM functionality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP PLM, including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PLM modules, including Document Management System (DMS), Material Master, Engineering Change Management (ECM), Recipe Management, and Compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP integration with other modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP MM) and third-party systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP PLM certification(s) preferred.
