About the Role

As a Web Developer (Quality & Testing Focus), you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and usability of enterprise web platforms. You will be responsible for automated testing, front-end development support, and quality assurance across websites, forms, and integrations.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, testing automation, and collaborative development across multiple stages of the web development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and extend automated UI test suites for corporate websites
  • Perform regression testing for releases and updates
  • Validate web forms, analytics tracking, and third-party integrations
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects with root cause analysis
  • Support CI/CD testing and release readiness activities
  • Improve testing processes, tools, and test coverage
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards
  • Support front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent experience in Web Development, Software Testing, or related field
  • Experience with web technologies in production environments
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as:
    • Playwright
    • Selenium
    • Similar tools
  • Experience contributing to automated test suites
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
